d. Provide you an estimate of seller expenses and proceeds.

e. Review your property history and disclosure statement to include in any communications with buyer agents and buyers.

f. Promote property through advertising, direct marketing, industry networking and the internet.

g. Communicate with you regularly to inform on prospect and market feedback, property statistics, market updates and more.

h. Provide negotiating assistance and counsel on all offers to purchase your property to help you make the best decision.

i. Help make every effort to have each potential buyer pre-qualified or pre-approved with a lender.

j. Monitor and communicate the status and satisfaction of contract contingencies.

k. Offer home purchase assistance, referral services and access to community and property information.

l. Attend the closing with you.

m. Follow-up after closing to ensure satisfactory completion of all service details.
